Aloha to all my EyeZ n' EarZ ...

Hope y'all had an amazing weekend - and Eye would definitely say that Powellapalooza was a great end to the summer festival season. My debut music festival set brought on an epidemic of crazy tribal dancing at the Sol-Lun Solar Saucer stage post-Pretty Lights on Friday night. So much freakin' fun - and if you didn't get a chance to make it out I definitely recommend hitting the festival next year. It was a dream come true to share a spot on the lineup with PL, iLL.Gates, ViBeSquaD, Kraddy and many more given the fact that Eye have been traveling to Lake Powell for wakeboarding & vacationing since Eye was a kid. Much love to the festival organizers for their hospitality and props to all my friends who came out to support, you know who you are : )

Oh yeah, and the weather was BEAUTIFUL!!! Much love to Mother Nature for that ... jumping in the lake off houseboats was a perfet way to spend the festival day while listening to amazing dance music.

Okay, okay --- so now the big news ---- but first, a new REMIX!!

This song is one of the highlights from my past sets, and finally got a chance to mix it down and add some percussion exactly the way Eye want - once again with that crazy tribal Moombahton style - can't get it out of my head ... if y'all were at my Lake Powell set, you will definitely remember this banger.

Lightning EyeZ will be releasing his FIRST DEBUT FULL LENGTH ALBUM on April 20, 2011
The album is called "A Green Hope"

What an epic summer - checked out a couple festivals, played 7 sets at Burning Man - and now I am super excited to announce a new remix and an amazing spot at a major music festival!!!

First, I have a new remix fresh off the printing blocks of an epic week long Ableton session - just in time for the weekend!

But then again time doesn't exist - just in your mind - yeah the sun comes up and the moon goes down - but we made the clock man - it isn't even correct - so many changes ... the only time that exists is the current moment of now! Mayan calendar is much better regardless ... baktuns and prophecies are much cooler than minutes and hours.

Also going to announce a party boat trip - bus ride up to Lake Powell - all-inclusive huge party - we are filming for EYEZONVEGAS.com ... and need some help from our party people - its also a Burning Man decompression event ... and BASS CAMP's Temple of Boom is going to be there - the one where Bassnectar crushed Burning Man on Saturday night ... oh and the Temple of Boom is a mobile-Mayan stage - thus the reference earlier!
